We’re committed to strengthening Chicago’s food and beverage ecosystem through inclusive partnerships with small and minority-owned businesses—a core value that shapes our offerings and impact.
We’re also celebrating industry recognition and proud moments in the spotlight. From features in Crain’s Chicago Business and WGN, where our CEO Jodi Fyfe shared insights on industry trends, to highlights in PartySlate, BizBash, and Bridal Guide Magazine, our work made waves.
We also showcased seasonal specials with Chef Devon on Fox32, shared our greenhouse on CBS2, and earned a spot on The Knot’s 2024 Best Of list.
We expanded our entire space square footage by nearly double. Offering more room to our kitchens, porter stations, and offices, we also opened The Lobby @ Paramount Events, a small venue space.
