Founded upon years of expert culinary experience, Paramount Events was conceptualized in order to fill the void between exquisite venues throughout the city and cuisine previously only found in Chicago’s best restaurants. Paramount Events prides itself on being a woman owned and operated business thanks to our founder and CEO, Jodi Fyfe. Always passionate about hospitality and great service, Jodi has worked in the food and beverage industry for more than 20 years. Since founding Paramount Events in 2011, she has taken the wedding, corporate, and drop-off markets to new heights, making Paramount Chicago’s established, go-to resource for events and catering. When not working alongside her family at Paramount, Jodi enjoys exploring Chicago’s culinary scene and traveling with her husband and two children. She is also passionate about the successful advancement of several non-profits close to her heart, including Tickled Pink, which she founded in February 2004 to raise money for cancer research in memory of her cousin, Carrie, who lost her battle to breast cancer.

At Paramount Events we have an established Internship program that welcomes eager college students from around Chicago, and schools across the country, into our office during the summer and throughout the school year.
