Meet Jodi Founder & CEO

Meet Jodi

Founder & CEO

With more than 30 years in the food and beverage industry, Jodi Fyfe is the founder of The Paramount Group, a woman-owned collective that includes Paramount Events, Eden, Fuelgood, and Lake Street Staffing. Her career includes leadership roles with Lettuce Entertain You, the former Four Seasons Newport Beach, and Aramark, before launching Paramount Events in 2011 and The Paramount Group in 2016. Jodi’s work is rooted in a commitment to sustainability, local sourcing, and thoughtful hospitality, from Eden’s greenhouse-driven menus to partnerships with regional farmers. She is equally focused on building a strong workplace culture centered on collaboration, wellness, and growth. An active leader in Chicago’s hospitality community, Jodi serves on the Board of Directors for Green City Market and is a member of the Illinois Restaurant Association’s Advisory Council. She is also the founder of Tickled Pink, a nonprofit supporting women, and a longtime supporter of Hephzibah Children’s Association. Jodi is a frequent speaker on leadership, community, and women in the workforce. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, travel, discovering new restaurants, and spending time along the Chicago lakefront with her family and dogs.

Though Paramount Events provides innovative cuisine at every event, we’re also a partner to walk alongside you through the event planning process. We’re eager to arrange tours of Chicago’s most exclusive venues, provide inspiration for linen selections, supply décor and tabletop rentals, personally introduce you to the city’s top vendors, and help plan and manage the logistics of your event. That’s the complimentary service you can expect when working with a dedicated member of the Paramount team, and the level of expertise we strive to provide every day.
