We did it! We finally made it through Chicago’s most frozen months and are about to hit a turning point: Spring! Now that we’re thawing out, we freshened up our Monthly Features with some bright veggies and seasonal flavor. Click here to jump straight to the full menu.
First, we decided to add a great new option for our boxed lunches. We still have all your favorites, but this is a delicious way to try something new. Our Spring Club Sandwich has Roasted Turkey Breast, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Pea Shoots, Tomato Jam, Avocado Mousse and Garlic Aioli on Sourdough.
We then added our twist on lasagna. This isn’t your typical red sauce variety. Our White Lasagna is served with a Grilled Garlic Baguette and has juicy Braised Chicken, Fresh Greens, Spring Onions, Asparagus, Peas, Bechamel, Parmesan and Lemon. (pictured above)
It goes perfect with our loaded Spring Chopped Salad with Iceberg & Gem Lettuce, Radish, Sugar Snap Peas, Artichoke, Scallions, Baby Bell Peppers, Pea Shoots and Tarragon Buttermilk Dressing
