Recipe: Fennel-melon Cooler Cocktail

 

• 3 ounces fresh watermelon juice 1/2 ounces

 

• Yuzu juice 1/4 ounces honey 2 1/2 ounces

 

• Absolut vodka

 

Shake all ingredients over ice. Serve in a glass rimmed with granulated honey and fennel crystals.
