Our menus at Paramount Events showcase Midwest seasonality. When it comes to creating menu items, such as salads, we look to incorporate seasonal flavors. We work with local farmers and purveyors to provide fresh ingredients that ensure you high-quality food. We also utilize our on-site greenhouse that grows herbs, edible flowers, and a bountiful amount of greens.
