SPOOKTOBER (3)

Halloween is quickly approaching which means decorating, loading up on candy for eager trick-or-treaters, and spending a little extra time in the kitchen for those annual costume parties. Have no fear! Paramount Events is here to make your spooky treats a little easier.

Candy Corn Bark

This month at Paramount, we’ve been getting a lot of requests for sweet Halloween snacks, so we came up with a great treat that everyone loves – Candy Corn Bark! This delicious treat will be a hit with family, friends, party-goers and trick or treaters.  The best part is, it’s extremely easy to make:

– Melt white chocolate in a pan

– Spread into a baking pan

– Sprinkle crushed candy corn, pretzels and any other sweet treats you want onto the white chocolate

– Let cool in fridge overnight

– Break into pieces and voilà!

So easy and tasty it will leave your guests wanting more!

Candy Corn Punch

Another sweet idea for a Halloween party is our Candy Corn Punch, which is a festive addition to any Halloween party!  In a cup, jar or punch bowl, layer the following:

 -Orange soda

– Yellow Gatorade

– Lemonade Vitamin Water

DON’T STIR! Pouring them slowly on top of each other gives the drink its layered Candy Corn color. This can be made as is, or add your favorite spirit to spice things up!

Halloween Potato Skins

Want to get festive with your next family dinner? Make Halloween inspired potato skins!  Simply cover the potato skins with cheese and use toppings to create spiders, jack-o-lantern faces and other spooky designs.

Glitter Pumpkins

If you’re looking for ways to decorate for Halloween without the mess of carving a pumpkin, try making glitter pumpkins. Just spray on some adhesive and sprinkle any color glitter in a design on your pumpkin. This makes a great project for parents on a tight schedule and people who don’t like the mess of pumpkin guts.
