We had a blast at Diner en Blanc – Chicago 2015! When the secret destination was finally revealed (Federal Plaza!) guests dressed all in white streamed in and began setting up their tables and chairs, plating their picnics and popping wine corks. Paramount Events provided an assortment of picnic options for those who wanted to try a little something different. From a thoughtfully prepared charcuterie plate, to La Végétarienne with it’s delectable Stone Fruit Salad of Peaches, Plums, Apricots, Ricotta, Lemon, Mint, Basil and Pine Nuts, to Le Classique which featured a Duck Confit with Blackberry-Nectarine Compote and Saba.
Francois Pasquier created this elegant global dinner party over 27 years ago in Paris with a handful of friends that dressed in white so that they could find each other—now Paris’ Dîner en Blanc draws 15,000 people each year.
