During Negroni Week, now through June 12, Drink for a Good Cause
by Phil Vettel
There’s nothing like a nice, cold cocktail on a warm summer night, especially when you can enjoy the drink and do a good deed at the same time.
The fourth annual Negroni Week runs through June 12; between now and then, participating restaurants and bars offer special negroni cocktails and donate a portion of the proceeds to charitable causes.
Created by Imbibe Magazine and Campari, Negroni Week is affiliated with more than 3,500 venues worldwide and has raised more than $400,000 in its previous three years. Drink prices range from $10 to $14. Chicago participants include Paramount Events, 1750 W. Lake St., 773-880-8044
