Set against one of the most high-profile stretches of pavement in the city, we helped bring Chicago Gourmet’s Dinner on the Track to life. This unforgettable culinary event merged fine dining with fast cars, delivering a night unlike any other.
Our team built a fully functioning kitchen directly on the track and flawlessly executed five beautifully plated courses. Every detail from kitchen setup and guest flow to temperature control and timing was meticulously planned. Pulling it off in the middle of a hot, unpredictable Chicago summer? No easy feat, but our team delivered seamlessly.

We were honored to collaborate with an extraordinary lineup of chefs including Joe Frillman, Leigh Omilinsky, Steven Maak, Tony Priolo, and Fabio Viviani, whose culinary vision transformed the track into something truly magical.
