In honor of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding this weekend our mixologist, Alex, has created a cocktail to help everyone celebrate. You may have heard the news that Meghan and Harry have selected lemon and elderflower as the flavors in their wedding cake, breaking away from the traditional fruitcake. We’ll be toasting the royal wedding come Saturday! To make yours you’ll need:
2 oz Plymouth Gin
.5 oz St. Germain
.5 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
.5 oz Simple Syrup
1 Egg white
Then add all of the ingredients (minus the bitters) into a shaker and dry shake without ice for 8-10 seconds. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10-12 more seconds, then double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with flowers and peychauds bitters. Cheers to another beautiful Royal wedding!
