The holiday season is synonymous with spending time with friends, family, and coworkers in a relaxed and cozy setting – which can feel at odds with current COVID safety precautions.
Whether safety is something you’re concerned about or not, your guests may be, and hosting a party is all about keeping your guests comfortable. No one can feel comfortable if they don’t feel safe and healthy. While we’re in a far better place than last year, we’ve had a lot of clients inquire about our current policies and how we address the concerns of managing food and guests safely during holiday parties. To respond to those concerns, our team put together some ideas of what can be done and what we’ve been doing to help you holiday safe this year – with the best-tasting food and drink of course.
Individually Packaged Meals
One of our initial transitions was to take our drop-off menu meals and package them into single-serving containers. We then created a line of gourmet boxes specific to the single-serving goal. This solution was and still is great for companies having in-person meetings or conferences or when having an event at your home.
Single-Serve Portions
Already a crowd favorite, our single-serve portions act like a grab-and-go option at events. Set up a station or pass them on trays. Perfect for late-night snacks at a wedding or soirée, but also a great way to make more traditional meals a little more fun.
Canned or Uniquely Packaged Beverages
Standing in line waiting for a drink is basically a thing of the past when you can walk up and grab a canned cocktail or something freshly made and packaged by our culinary team. Get creative and think beyond the standard can with pouches or other custom containers.
Pick-Up or Delivery Catering Menus
Just in time for the holidays, Paramount Events released monthly specials that can be picked up or delivered to your festive celebrations. This complete meal package is delivered ready to eat or the day before Thanksgiving with reheating instructions.
Multi-Floor, Multi-Room, and Multi-Venue Events
Large events are still happening and with previous capacity limitations, we were able to accommodate events with satellite parties occurring in different parts of a building or at a completely different venue altogether.
Plated Meals Instead of Food Stations
While food stations are an engaging addition to an event, you may opt for something more traditional to keep those butts in the seats. Plated meals will let your guests relax while our in-house trained staff tends to your needs.
Virtual Events
Have you heard about Zoom? Of course, you have, and this list wouldn’t be complete without it. For a more engaging experience, we’ve been hosting chef and mixology demos where the attendees receive pre-measured and packaged ingredients so they can create alongside our Chief Culinary Officer, Chef Devon Quinn or our Beverage Director, Mixologist Alex Rydzewski. We’ve also hosted wine, whiskey, tequila, and scotch tastings. Virtual solutions can also be an add-on to a live event for anyone out of town or anyone not comfortable in an in-person social setting. We deliver a meal or cocktail kit and you sit back and enjoy in the location of your choosing.
