Determining the amount of staff needed at an event all comes down to budget, the number of guests, the type of event, and the chosen venue. Paramount Events is unique in the fact that when events are catered by our culinary team in one of the many venues we work in, all present staff was trained with our values in order to ensure excellent service for every client. Training staff together also contributes to a family environment that is incorporated into every event produced by Paramount. While planning a function, the event manager will decide to use one bartender for every 50 guests, and one server for every 6 to 10 guests. Accompanying the server will be a drink pourer that assists every 20 guests with water and wine, while one attendant is placed behind every food station. Events also have a head chef and porter for every 100 people. These specifications allow Paramount to provide quality service every single time through the perfect amount of highly-trained staff.
