Although the food they create might lead you to believe that they’re—at least in part—superhuman, it’s important to remember that chefs are real people, and, just like us, they have to be mindful of their healthy habits (or lack thereof!) come the holiday season. From weekly yoga sessions to biking, here’s how six local chefs gear up for the holidays.

On how he stays healthy around the holidays: “I am lucky—what I eat never really sticks. I have weighed the same since I was a senior in high school! I have found that the best thing for my health is weekly yoga, and walking when I would otherwise drive.”
