With after school study sessions and football parties in your near future, we created the perfect menu to please a crowd – a hearty, versatile chili bar. Top your choice of chili with fresh guacamole and serve alongside our housemade chips or caramel brownies and you’ll be sure to score a touchdown with your guests. 

 

THE CHILI BAR

Beef Chili  
Ground Beef, Braised Oxtail, 5 Beans, Chilis, Onion, Tomato 

White Chicken Chili 
Braised Chicken, Poblano, Pickled Jalapeno, Onion, Great Northern Beans, Chickpeas

Vegetarian Chili 
5 Beans, Mirepoix, Fennel, Leeks, Tomato, Fresno, Jalapeno

Accompaniments 
Tortilla Strips, Guacamole, Salsa (mild or spicy), Shredded Cheddar, Sliced Jalapenos, Chopped Tomatoes, Cilantro, Red Onion, Sour Cream, Scallions, Ditalini Pasta, Sriracha, Shredded Cabbage
