As thing heat up this summer, cool down with our crisp Blueberry-Eucalyptus cooler. A cocktail created just for you by our mixologist, Alex.
Ingredients
-1.5 oz Sweetened Blueberry Puree
-2 oz Bulliet Rye
-.5oz Fresh Lemon Juice
-1ml Eucalyptus Extract
*For the puree, blend 1 pint of fresh blueberries with 2oz of orange blossom honey until smooth, pass through a chinois*
In a mixing glass combine all ingredients over ice and stir for 15 seconds. Pour over crushed ice in a tall glass, garnish with a fresh stem of Eucalyptus.
