We’ve rounded up the latest 2019 holiday inspiration from full service passed hors d’oeuvres to delicious cocktails and hot chocolate stations. Leave the cooking to us, and it will be a simply delicious holiday season.

What are some of the trends making the holiday rounds this year? Parties this year are forest-inspired, with deep and rich colors that contrast the cold winter air with the warmth found around a table with friends and family. Whites, silvers, and lush greens are replacing the bright reds and greens of years past. Decorating with sage and evergreen bushels are a great way to evoke a holiday spirit without creating a cliché arrangement. Copper-mugged cocktails, white candles, and gold-brushed pinecones are all great accessories to tie everything together.

Cuisine this year is fresh-focused, but still tied to the classic holiday dinner of honey baked hams, pumpkin pies, cranberry sauce, and large mugs of hot chocolate. What is changing however, is presentation and preparation of these time-honored ingredients. A hot chocolate station with homemade marshmallows and chocolate dipped stirring spoons is a great way to provide customization and a personal touch to a large number of guests. A charcuterie station of gourmet meats and cheeses provides a touch of sophistication, and plated lamb shanks add a final touch of delicious home style cooking. A sangria station takes it a step farther to end the night strong and allows guests to mix and match red and white wines with their favorite seasonal fruit additions.
